Physical fitness and you

The physical form is in the human body This fine adjustment is a motor. It’s not a race, it’s a pursuit. In its most general sense, physical condition is a general condition of good physical health. It is a base for a long and fruitful life.

The fitness is generally measured by periodic strength measurement tests, endurance, agility, coordination and flexibility. The physical form is the ability of the heart, the blood vessels, the lungs and the muscles to operate at optimum efficiency.

It has two meanings – general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and the specific fitness (the ability to make specific aspects of sport or occupations). The physical form is important, even on only.

In previous years, fitness is generally defined as the ability to carry out the activities of the day without excessive fatigue. These days, physical condition is considered a measure of the body’s ability to function effectively in work and leisure activities, be healthy, to withstand disease and emergencies.

Many sources also cite mental and emotional health as an important part of the general fitness. This is often presented in manuals as a triangle composed of three sub-sections, which represent the fitness, emotional and mental condition.
